The Sustainable Support series is a four week in-person course beginning October 4.
The series is at 6:30pm on Thursdays for 4 weeks.
Each week, you’ll meet for an hour with certified therapist Jamie Sanders, coach Michelle Urbick and a small group of other participants. Each weekly topic is accompanied by practical ways to cope with the challenges of supporting a loved one with a chronic mental illness, plus the opportunity to share, connect and learn from one another as we explore ways to take that topic and infuse what we learn into our daily lives.
If you’re ready to learn some sustainable support strategies to help your loved one face their mental illness—while cultivating more balance and resilience in yourself—you’re in the right place.
This program is created and guided by Jamie Sanders, APSW, LGSW and Michelle Urbick, who is a writer and coach who has more than a decade of experience supporting family members struggling with mental health.
